Raw Vegetarian foods evolution

 one cup of white flour 1/2 cups of brown sugar ( or less) two tablespoon oil three or four bananas 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda. if you can...add a flaxegg ( that is flaxseed boiled in water and use the gooey substance...one tablespoon or two) add pinch of salt
stir everything in a mixing bowl and pour into a bowl to steam at high heat.
if you are impatient..can do it in the microwave...it will turn out lovely...however...if you dont' consume it...it will turn a bit dry. Author : Templegirl
 This dish is very easy to make, you just need the following prepared...shredded cabbage, carrots, tofu puffs, ginger, and if you like...some chinese julienne strip mushroom.
Put two tablespoon of oil in the heated up wok...stir fry ginger and mushroom...afterwards...carrots..and then cabbage...and tofu puffs...( put cover over and steam) when it is cooked..stir fry it and let it simmer...
if you want sauce..add a bit of cornstarch, water and sesame oil with sugar and salt...and put it in with high heat...and when the sauce thicken add on the with the vegetabls and mix it before serving.

 Drain and strain the beansprouts so that it is dry without water drops.
On the heated wok, put two tablespoon of oil and put in two tablespoon of ginger and then black beans to sautee.
Afterwards..put in all the beansprouts...let it cook for five minutes and turn off the heat with lid on and let it simmer. Author : Templegirl

 

 For a healthy version, I cook this without any salt, sugar or oil.
First I grate about three tablsspoon of ginger, stir fry it in a non stick pan, and then add the two large tomatoes diced up...add the preserve vegetables , three tablespoon ( soaked in water before use...strain it) , add some soya beans,and the cubed white tofu.
Cover everything and let it cook untill all the natural juices comes out. Cook at medium heat for fifteen minutes. Author : Templegirl
